Because the Engine is offline, there is no way for the Master to set its status (with the current design). However, you can modify the Engine.ini file on the Engine before you start the SmedgeEngine process and set:
[ Engine ]
Enabled = no
When the engine starts, it will be disabled.
I am trying to find a way to do offline engine manipulation for the next major release, but it's not easy to do without possibly causing all kinds of problems (which takes priority?)
