The only component of Smedge that requires a license is the SmedgeEngine.
This is the application that runs on your Engine computers that actually performs the work.
You must purchase one license for every machine you would like to use as an Engine.
You can run the Master and any Shell programs on as many machines on your network as you wish.
Pricing depends on the number of Engines that you own:

Your license will last forever, but it will only run versions of Smedge that were released up to one year after the date of your last purchase.
Note that if you currently own licenses, those licenses will be included when determining the price for additional Engines.
You must have a valid support contract to purchase additional license nodes, however the purchase of additional nodes does not extend your support expiration date.

Both onsite and remote installation support are available.
Installation is available for $50 per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.
Onsite installation is available in the Los Angeles area, and remote installation is available worldwide, as long as you can provide remote desktop access to your network.
Remote access can be made by any remote desktop protocol you have available, such as VNC or Remote Desktop.
