You can download the beta of the Apple version from the Uberware beta site:
http://www.uberware.net/smedge3/beta/
We are putting the finishing touches on the final version 2.4 release for Siggraph. The final version will include an installer for Mac to get Smedge running as a daemon, and all of the features and fixes applied since beta 6.
