Several users have requested this, and we are exploring how to implement it in a future release. However, a possible workaround available now would be to use a command-line driven tool. It would be a little tedious to set up, because you would need to do something like create a batch file that sent the packet to every machine (or perhaps every machine in a pool), and attach this batch file as a Job event command that is run on the Master, say on a First work started event.
One command line based program that will send the "magic packets" required for Wake-On-LAN functionality is:
