Can't connect to Master on one machine, history.log repeats Messenger failed to start: Address in use

We have at least 6 machines in the office running Smedge, one of the machines was working fine until it suddenly lost connection to the Master. Periodically the gui will change from the "I'm currently searching for the Master" page to the normal layout but then returns to the searching page. In the history.log it rapidly repeats:
20.02.24 06:29:31.649 [ Status ] <0x0000AA60: _Messenger> Messenger starting up!
20.02.24 06:29:31.653 [ Error ] <0x0000AA60: _Messenger> Messenger failed to start: Address in use
The Master server can be pinged, all other machines are functioning normally. Another thread here said to disable IPv6, the problem machine already has it disabled. I've also tried manually configuring the connection with the connection.ini file, no success. I've also uninstalled/reinstalled
