v2019 fresh install, renders then fails & just sits there

Greetings,
The Fresh Install with a disabled windows defender firewall.
Yes See's multiple engines on the network
Yes will render 1 active job.
No: More often than not, Smedge will just fail & sit there idling with "Jobs in Que" & then return to engine mode.
A complete un-install with a aftermarket total-uninstaller, with a fresh install results rendering of 1 scene file succesfully, then it will just fail again and sit there idling no matter how many jobs submit, says "Qued" but simply wont startup.
I can only speculate that some port or networking mismatch is the problem.
Review respond option or suggestion.

After TotalUninstall, then FreshInstall, Smedge will see engines on network & render 5+ scenes.
If I delete a job immediatley, the next job then starts failing.
Then I it just sits there idling & says "Qued"
I then have to totaluninstall again, fresh install & submit jobs without "Deleting a Job Immediatley"

After Deleting job immediatley:
Engine returns # of failures & quits sitting idle "qued"
