Hi,


Im currently searching for the Master. It may take a minute to find one.
If I seam to be having trouble, try using the options in the system menu.

But I try all it is not working… please help us in this.

we are testing this software in two of our render servers, both we are getting this

In general, if you experience this kind of problem, first ensure that all of the necessary components are running, and that the firewalls are disabled or configure to allow Smedge component processes to communicate freely on both machines. Try reverting the settings in the Configure Connection dialog to be all default (blank).

If you still cannot get it running, please contact so we can arrange to remote connect and determine the problem and the correct actions needed to resolve it.
