Hi,

I am having a problem rendering Nuke, we are working on OSX and have some custom gizmos. We are then rendering on Windows. The gizmos are coming up with Unknown Command error.

We can render the files locally and through cmd. The gizmos are correctly stored in the .nuke folder and both init.py and menu.py have been updated.

Below is the bottom lines of the process output.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Nick

I found the problem. Originally I put the gizmo files and .py files into the Smedge user .nuke folders, it cant find them located here.

There is another .nuke folder on the root of C:/ this is where Nuke will look when rendering through Smedge.
