Corrected Fonts in the online manuals

The PDF files with the manuals did not have the "default" fonts embedded. Most people have the same default fonts, but some users did not, and this caused some of the text in the manuals to be garbled.
I have rebuilt the PDF files with the default fonts embedded, so they should now be readable by any user on any machine. The manuals available online have been updated, but the manuals included in the package distribution will not be updated until the next Smedge release (Smedge 2013, due early next year).
