Opening Job Window on Windows 10 is slow

Opening the jobs window either by creating a new job, editing a job, or copying an existing job is extremely slow on Windows. Like really slow.
Also on CentOS 8, Smedge exits as soon as you open a job. It says either "Segmentation Fault" or "Bus Error" and closes the GUI
Also, can we get a minimize button for the Submit Job window please?
