Hi,
I'm having troubles getting an aerender startup message from one of my Render Nodes. Checking the command line it shows, that the engine is rendering but after the startup message timeout the job gets requeued. It's the only Engine that shows the command line in german despite After Effects is installed in english. Could this be the problem?
I've tried to put a german startup message in the engine setting but that doesn't work.
Is there a way to change or force the aerender language to english?

The problem is probably the language. The system can only search for a single message, so having inconsistent output between machines will cause a problem. You are probably best off disabling the test if you have machines with different native languages that have to work together on AE rendering.
