Hi!, I have smedge working great so far. But I just have one question. I have 3 computers, 1 is the computer I use to work, and the other 2 are de render machine. But I just only can send jobs from one machine, I have computer 1,2,3 so I can only send jobs from machine 3, because when I send jobs from other ones, the job packets starts to fail or sending error codes messages, like they can´t pick up the pack frames. When I send from machine 3 everything works perfect. I would like to send jobs from machine 1 since it´s the one I use to work and it´s turning on all the time, sometimes I used to monitoring the other 2, I disable it from smedge to not work, would be the master machine were sometimes it helps on a render job and sometimes I use it to work in the meantime. I can´t find where is the problem. Any ideas? network issues?, ordering of instaling the program?, master duplicated?, Thanks.

What is the error message you see if you send the job from the other machines? The most likely issue you are having is that the paths are different. You are probably doing something like using the hard drive on your workstation, and having a path issue.
For example, if you are using the D: drive on the workstation to save the files, and you submit the job from machine 1 with a path rooted at the D: drive, that job will fail on the other machines if they do not have the same disk mounted on the D: drive. However, if you submit from machine 3, you may be using a UNC path, which works correctly on every machine.
If it's not just a path issue, there may be some other configuration issue causing trouble. If you can post more details about the specific error message you are seeing, that may help. You can also contact support directly if you want me to remote connect and take a look.
Thanks,
