Does Smedge support GPU rendering by the render apps? Such as blender? I dont see any options anywhere in smedge to designate a job or an engine to render via CPU or GPU...

Hi
Smedge supports GPU rendering applications. In Smedge 2015 and earlier, you must still use either the CPU count or the RAM for distribution. Smedge 2016 adds the ability to distribute based on installed GPU devices as well, so for example you can send two different renders to two different installed GPU devices. This new system works with the CPU and RAM distribution models as well.
Smedge 2016 is not fully released yet, but if you want to give it a try, contact me directly and I will send over a link for you.
Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks,
-robin
