Would be nice if whatever machine was serving as the master would show up in the Engines tab in a different color like red, kind of like in Conspectus.
Still hopeful to for a running failure count list for each engine in the engines tab (maybe between platform and Note columns)
Also, is there any way possible to have system wide re-start, or system wide reboot for Smedge (to use as an option with system wide exit)?

Failure counting and increased failure options will be added as part of the work on Smedge 2011. This is currently scheduled for Smedge 2011 beta 1, scheduled for release at the beginning of May.
Machine control, such as rebooting a node, is scheduled for beta 2. A system-wide restart will be part of this work.
I'll add a feature request to display the Engine name differently if that Engine is also the Master. It will probably end up in Smedge 2010 Update 1, coming at the beginning of February.
