Beta 4 is almost ready

I'm doing some final testing and will be posting a link to download for all platforms shortly.
Beta 4 fixes several bugs and finishes some of the last details about the redundant master system. Among other things it includes a system to try to be more intelligent about handling multiple master situations.
I'll post a complete list of bugs and features when I post the links to download, which will hopefully be later today or tomorrow morning.
